
Project Management
Within our company, Tom undertakes the role of project manager / contracts manager and visits site regularly to assess progress and ensure customer relations remain strong. Each site will have a working foreman who will work closely with the site team and liaise with client and report back to Tom.
Reporting and Cost Control
Project costs are controlled by Tom to ensure that costs do not spiral out of control. Some projects are carried out as an open book, managing the project and ensuring the costs stay as close to the contract sum allowance as possible is important for client relations.
Turn-Key Packages
Our works can start pre-design work and we are happy and willing to get involved at this stage to help with the planning process, involving the numerous construction professionals included and not limited to architects, structural engineers etc. We are able to aid with the pre-planning, planning and post-planning stages to ensure our clients achieve their visions. We have a wealth of experience and are proud to carry out works to a high standard and to a quality which is second to none. We pride ourselves on the close, strong relationships with our clients. We do not underestimate both the commercial and time investment in relation to investing in property, therefore we treat each project as our own to ensure they are delivered on time and budget.
